TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions apply specifically to the use of Hemeis Kitchen, a part of the Epitomestudio Ltd premises. By booking and using

Hemeis Kitchen, the Client agrees to the following:

1. Rental Period and Rates

a. Rental Period: The Kitchen will be available to the Client for the time agreed upon in the booking confirmation. Any additional time will

be billed at an hourly rate.

b. Rental Rates: Rates are as specified in the booking confirmation and are based on the hourly or daily rate set by Epitomestudio Ltd.

2. Payment Terms

The total rental fee is required to secure the booking and the date of use. Payments can be made by bank transfer or online via the booking

app.

a. A booking is only considered confirmed once payment is received in full, unless otherwise agreed in writing with Epitomestudio Ltd.

b. Any additional services (e.g., utensils, cookware, food waste disposal) will be invoiced after the session or can be added during booking

via the website app.

c. Late payments incur a 10% surcharge.

d. Any booking that extends beyond the confirmed time will incur an overtime charge of £90/hour. Hours outside normal operating hours

are charged at £85/hour, and overtime during those hours is £120/hour.

e. Food waste bags, special cleaning supplies, or consumables may incur additional charges.

f. If invoices are not paid within the timeframe stated in the booking confirmation, Epitomestudio Ltd. will automatically charge the payment

method on file.

g. Set-up and pack-down time must be included in the booking. Clients cannot access the Kitchen prior to their start time and must leave

promptly at the end time.

h. Any damaged or missing kitchen equipment will be charged at full replacement cost, plus a £15 admin/restocking fee.

i. Clients may be charged a £35 cleaning fee if the Kitchen is not returned to its original clean condition. To avoid this charge, all surfaces

must be wiped, dishes washed, and rubbish removed.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

a. Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance receive a full refund.

b. Cancellations within 7 days receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows will be charged the full fee.

c. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days in advance and are subject to availability and possible rescheduling fees.

4. Use of Kitchen and Equipment

a. Permitted Use: Hemeis Kitchen may be used for food styling, content creation, filming, photography, and small-scale catering prep.

Cooking is permitted only with proper ventilation and safety practices. No unlawful activity is allowed. Smoking, drinking alcohol, and the

use of open flames (unless previously approved) are strictly prohibited.

b. Equipment: Use of designated kitchen equipment (e.g., oven, hob, sink, basic utensils) is included in the rental fee. Additional items must

be booked in advance. Clients must return all equipment clean and in working order.

c. Damage: Clients are liable for any damage caused to the Kitchen, appliances, or fixtures. All damages must be reported immediately

and paid in full.

d. No alterations or installation of decorations, props, or cooking tools without written consent from Epitomestudio Ltd.

e. Equipment complaints must be made at the time of supply or usage.

f. All damages must be settled upon invoice.

5. Kitchen Access and Use

a. Access: Access is limited to the agreed rental period. Clients must ensure the space is secure during and after use.

b. Cleanliness: The Kitchen must be returned to its original clean condition. This includes wiping down all surfaces, properly disposing of

food waste, washing used dishes, and removing all rubbish.

c. Capacity: A maximum of 8 persons is allowed in the kitchen at one time. Exceeding this without approval may result in termination of the

agreement or additional fees.

6. Client Responsibility and Liability

a. Insurance: Clients must hold their own liability insurance to cover cooking activities and any potential damages. Epitomestudio Ltd.

accepts no responsibility for injury or damage to property.

b. Indemnity: Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Epitomestudio Ltd. and its affiliates from any claims arising from use of the

Kitchen.

7. Photography and Media Rights

a. Usage Rights: Clients may use the Kitchen for media production during the rental period. Intellectual property created during the session

remains with the Client unless otherwise agreed.

b. Promotion: With Client consent, Epitomestudio Ltd. may take behind-the-scenes photos for promotional purposes. Clients may opt out

by notifying staff before the rental begins.

8. Termination of Rental

a. Breach of any of these Terms may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

b. If termination is initiated by Epitomestudio Ltd. due to issues outside the Client's control (e.g., facility issues), unused rental fees will be

refunded.

9. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of England and the United Kingdom. Disputes shall be handled in UK courts.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By signing below or confirming via the booking platform, the Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to the above

Terms & Conditions of Hemeis Kitchen.
